Raven House Trust recognises the need to adapt
the future work of the organisation to reflect the changing
climate in relation to UK and Welsh Assembly Government’s
social environmental and community regeneration. Planning
for the future aims to take advantage of the opportunities
available to and minimise the threats.
Planning for the future has been developed
to provide a framework for partners and funders/sponsors
to clarify the vision, values, operational mission,
programmes, partnership working and funding needs of
Raven House Trust for the next three years.
Raven House Trust has committed itself to achieve

enterprise methodologies alongside other forms
of funding.
